Great service by a great team of technicians

APP fitted internal insulation lining on two bay windows for us. They were prompt and efficient at all points through the process. The work was carried out to a good standard in the time indicated; the people doing the work were professional throughout. Overall we were very pleased.

Superb service and excellent standard of work

We had rising damp in an internal wall of a 180 year old house. We asked for the work to be undertaken to minimise the making-good afterwards and we were delighted when the work was undertaken only disrupting one room. The technicians were very pleasant and competent and we have been very satisfied with the result

This company did an amazing job and I would recommend it to anyone. Part of my "new" house is actually over 120 years old, and the previous owner made the mistake of burying the air bricks providing underfloor ventilation to the living room. As a result, there was damp raising from the ground along the oldest wall of the house. Anglia Property Preservation Ltd sent two gentlemen, Andrew and Alan, to sort out the problem. They are both very polite, honest, hard-working craftsmen with remarkable skills. My house was sorted in the shortest possible time and in the best possible way. The admin of the company is friendly and responsive. Jackie, who replied to my many emails, never failed to do so in less than a couple of hours. I have rarely been happier to pay an invoice.
