The 2011 PCA Awards ceremony took place at the end of March at Newcastle’s football ground, St. James’ Park. Now in their third year, the awards celebrate the cream of UK businesses working in the building preservation and protection sector. They are judged in the areas of Training, Sustainability, Innovation and Customer Focus by an independent panel.
The Customer Service Award (Sponsored by Safeguard Europe Ltd) was awarded to Anglia Property Preservation. The judges praised the company’s recognition stating ” the need for excellent customer care is backed up with a written code of conduct. Analysis of problems has led to improvements in procedures on an ongoing basis“.
